ICT Technician (Regulatory Services)

Band G

Fixed Term 12 months contract, subject to extension.

Full time 36 hours per week

 

This role is to provide IT support for the Regulatory Services database systems which includes Licensing, Environmental Health and Trading Standards.

This role will also include the use of dedicated IT systems and various IT packages, so proven experience in office applications and databases is essential.

In this role, you'll support with the delivery of administrative support for Regulatory Services.

You must hold or be working towards a professional, academic or industry standard qualification relevant to the realm of technical expertise for the role (minimum A Level or equivalent and/or working towards NVQ Level 4 or equivalent).

You must possess good literacy and numeracy skills.

You should be able to work to deadlines and be proficient in using your initiative to identify and resolve problems.

You will also need to have analytical expertise as well as the ability to organise and prioritise daily tasks and workload.

You will need to be highly organised, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
