Whitegrove Primary School is looking for an office administrator (incl Admissions and Attendance) to join our small, busy and friendly team. The position is from 08.00a.m. to 16.00 p.m. Mondayto Friday Term Time +15 days (5 inset days, 5 days at end of summer term, 4 days prior to Autumn term, 1 flex)
To work with pupils, parents/carers, school staff and outside agencies to ensure and promote high levels of attendance and punctuality across the school. To manage admissions and to maintain accurate manual and electronic records on behalf of the school.
Secondary responsibility for first line customer contact both face to face, on the telephone, emails and in writing.
- To manage the admissions, leaver and all the process required to keep the school records accurate and up to date.
- To manage all levels of attendance.
- Provide routine general clerical/administrative support when needed
