More Information

ICT Application Support Analyst

Uttlesford is a thriving, predominantly rural district in north-west Essex encompassing Saffron Walden, Great Dunmow, Stansted Mountfitchet and Thaxted and about 100 villages and hamlets in between. It is home to London Stansted Airport and major road and rail networks with links to London to the south and historic city of Cambridge to the north.  With both new development and an historic and rural environment existing in harmony, Uttlesford is often cited as offering the best quality of life in the UK.

We require an ICT Applications Support Officer to join our Applications Support Team. The council provides support to a significant number of different software systems from providers such as Microsoft including Sharepoint, Northgate, IDOX, Capita IB Solutions and Civica to name a few.

Ideally you will have experience of working in an ITIL environment.

As a member of the Applications Support Team you will also be given the opportunity to be part of the numerous ICT projects that are undertaken by the council each year.

In your application you should demonstrate that you are the person we seek by giving evidence that you meet the requirements of the post.
