Special Projects Officer (Maternity Cover)
Have you experience of managing projects within a dynamic and fast paced environment?
Have you experience of delivering efficiencies and benefits realisation?
Do you have a keen attention to detail, ability to coordinate, manage and interpret data?
Are you a people person with the ability to facilitate and drive change in collaboration with partners or across services?
We require a dynamic self starter to deliver a number of specific projects, including policy reviews within the Property Service Team of the Council, in order to drive efficiencies, facilitate process development and maximise income generation.
You should have experience or project management and business improvement, intermediate IT skills and have excellent interpersonal skills to drive a continuous improvement ethos. Experience of working within a social housing and/or property management would be advantageous.
Contract length: Up to 12 months
This is a full time role. However, all applications will be considered.
