SALARY: NJC Grade I – SCP 31-35 £34,728 - £38,890

Permanent Position - 36 hours per week 52 weeks per annum

DATE REQUIRED: July 2021 (or sooner if appropriate)

                                 

We are looking to appoint an assertive and enthusiastic person who is reliable, trustworthy and hardworking to provide strategic direction to our site team. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and skilled, with proven technical ability and relevant experience. A shared commitment to providing an outstanding learning environment to support the well-being of students and staff is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive site management and lettings service of our school, within a delegated budget, deploying site team colleagues and resources effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of our school. They will develop strong and effective working relationships with contractors and specialists, taking a proactive approach to project work so that our school remains a great place for our young people to learn. They will ensure that the school is compliant with statutory regulations to maintain safe places for our students, colleagues and visitors.

Maghull High School is part of the Southport Learning Trust, which currently includes Greenbank High School, Stanley High School and Kew Woods Primary School. Our Trust welcomes staff who are enthusiastic, energetic, and dedicated individuals with a talent for working with young people and a love of education. We are seeking colleagues who can build robust and effective relationships with staff, parents, students, and the wider community in order to further the ethos of the Trust.
