Business Analyst & System Developer

Spelthorne’s ICT department is a busy, friendly and dynamic place to work.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and System Developer to work across all areas of the Council. Previous experience of business analysis and project management in an IT related environment is required. Any experience with developing systems, processes and automation particularly through forms packages would be beneficial and an aptitude and willingness to learn development tools such as PowerBI, Power Automate and other power apps. Knowledge of SQL databases and SQL report writing would be valuable. Duties will also include documentation such as requirements specification, user documentation and test plans. The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal and communications skills as well good organisational skills. A knowledge of local government would be useful but not essential.
