We seek to appoint an outstanding Head of Maths and leader to drive forward our Maths faculty. The successful applicant will be instrumental in ensuring the further improvement of the maths faculty, ensuring high quality teaching and that there are student intervention programmes in place which ensure student progress. There are great development possibilities within the school and Trust for the right candidate.
Sanders is part of the Success for All Educational Trust along with Redden Court School and The Royal Liberty. As Head of Maths you will
- Be accountable for the standards attained by all students within your lessons
- Set high standards of expectations within your classroom
- Plan and apply strategies/interventions that deliver rapid student progress
- Ensure the delivery of effective teaching and learning that maximises individual progress
Responsible for the learning environment including facilities, health and safety and effective deployment of resources
