We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Registered General Nurse in Great Baddow, Chelmsford.
- Location: Great Baddow, Chelmsford
- Salary: £19.55 per hour
- Hours: 25 hours per week – X2 day shifts across a 7 day rota (07:15-19:45)
- As our RGN, your role will range from purely clinical care to wider emotional and social support where nurses play a crucial role in improving customer health and well-being.
- You will assess the residents’ physical, psychological, social and emotional needs
- You will administer care and medication
- You will maintain patient records and develop care plans
- You will supervise and train junior Nursing Staff
- You will fully support the safeguarding of vulnerable adults
What you will need to succeed
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is positive and friendly. The successful candidate will:
- Be a registered General Nurse (Active NMC)
- Have previous experience in a similar environment - Desirable
- Have experience with Dementia Care- Desirable
