Waste & Enforcement Support Officer (P/T)

You will be responsible for providing support across a range of functions undertaken by the Waste Services team, focusing on environmental enforcement together with performance monitoring and health & safety.

This will primarily include supporting the team with enforcement investigations; recording & arranging clearance of fly tip & litter incidents; drafting enforcement letters & notices; maintaining databases and producing reports to support effective enforcement initiatives, correspondence, and key performance monitoring.

You should have your own transport, together with insurance for business use and a current driving license.

You should have good communication skills, be organised and be capable of working on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Previous experience of working in an environmental enforcement and/or contract monitoring role is desirable.
