Salary range: £32,418 - £34,209 p.a. inc.

Your will be responsible for administering the allocation process of Brent Council owned and Registered Providers Social Housing Homes to clients on the Housing Register.
This involves the advertising, shortlisting, allocating and reviewing of vacant homes for letting.
You will also be responsible to communicate efficiently with and build upon the relationship between the Council’s internal and external social housing partners.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have in-depth knowledge of the supply & demand issues of social housing in Brent.
Additionally, you should be competent to apply the requirements of the Housing Allocations Scheme and the relevant Housing Legislation in a structured and consistent way.
This will be a demanding role and so you will need to work well under pressure, able to use common sense and make sound judgements and have excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
