£34,869 - £37,819 inclusive of outer fringe allowance

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading the de-mobilisation/ mobilisation of the council’s Housing Maintenance Contract, which includes Responsive, Voids and Planned work to commence in October 2022. Key responsibilities will include ensuring a number of critical tasks are mobilised and in some instances, fully delivered prior to the new contract start, including finalising office co-location, to include the establishment of necessary IT infrastructure.
You will work independently at various stages of the project, with high levels of personal responsibility and accountability. You will play a key role in supporting colleagues ranging from frontline officers working directly on service delivery up to and including Heads of Service, Directors, Chief Executive and Members.
The post holder will have experience in programme management, including the ability to lead complex projects to time.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
