Application Support Analyst

Who are we?
ccha are a small local housing association based in central Croydon. We have around 45 employees so the organisation prides itself on having a small, family feel. Despite this we are constantly responding to change and things can be fast paced which makes it a vibrant and enjoyable environment. We have a hard working group of staff and require a bright and motivated Applications Support Analyst to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract, to join our newly created ICT team.
Who are we looking for?
We need someone who is innovative and forward-thinking, and will help inspire and support the business during a period of transformational change.
You will be responsible for the configuration, development, and implementation of the organisations information systems and business applications as well as providing 2nd/3rd line applications support as required.
You will work closely with the Business and Performance Analyst in the interpretation of business requirements for the development of ccha’s strategic systems e.g. Civica Cx
The successful candidate will need to have:
- knowledge of Windows systems, web technologies and basic networking principles
- Microsoft SQL Scripting for data interrogation
- the ability to plan, organise and manage your own workload
- experience of Housing Management Systems
- experience of identifying and delivering technical training to others
