Business Services is the first point of contact for internal customers across the Council, enabling customers to access the right service (including self-service) at the right time to the right standards. With newly implemented processes, we provide case management services across the entire scope of the Business Services, managing and resolving the vast majority of cases.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a new L3 Case Owner, with a working knowledge of the MS Office suite of packages. The role will be working as part of the Finance Support Team, carrying out varied capital and treasury processes. This will include setting up new capital projects, processing capital journals and project forms as well as the administering of Bankline and BACS payments.
An excellent communicator, you should be customer focussed, able to maintain high levels of speed and accuracy whilst managing competing priorities. We are looking for people with highly developed customer service skills who are passionate about efficiency and delivery of Council services.
