Covid Response Reporting Officer (Fixed Term - 12 months)

Do you have a strong ability to interpret complex data with a strong eye for detail?

Ongoing data analysis and reporting spans across our entire Covid response and therefore work will continually evolve in response to changes in government guidance and legislation as we move towards recovery and will require close collaborative work with the Covid response project managers to ensure that our reporting processes reflect any ongoing changes.

What it's like working in our team...

Bracknell Forest’s Covid response is a small team responsible for working alongside public health colleagues, multiple stakeholders from within the authority and other health partners to deliver an effective Covid response programme in a rapidly changing fast paced environment.

The team supports the effective management and delivery of all Covid related activity, including outbreak management, PPE provision and local contact tracing.  

You will be supported to carry out the following duties, responsibilities and training...

Working within the Covid response team, you will be responsible for leading on all data analysis and reporting requirements across our Covid themes. 

This role will give the opportunity to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and facilitate data collection design in order to support the authority in reducing infection rates within the Borough whilst meeting our reporting responsibilities.

You will be supported throughout by the Covid Response programme manager and will be expected to work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that all work remains aligned with the rest of our Covid response.

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with experience of handling complex data sets, who will take responsibility for ensuring that we meet all deadlines associated with funding and operational government driven data submissions. 

If you react positively to working in a rapidly changing environment, have excellent planning and data set skills, organisational and communications skills with a mind for problem solving and want a role where you can make an impact, then this is the role and we look forward to hearing from you.
