Administrator

We currently have 2 vacancies supporting one of our busy, fast paced Social Care teams:

1 x Full Time Permanent Administrator working 37 hours per week

1 x Part Time Fixed Term Administrator required until 01/03/2022 working 30 hours per week

Post numbers - full time 710723, part time 711774 

We are looking for experienced Administrators to work alongside one of our neighbourhood social work teams based at our offices at Shute End dealing with highly confidential information.

You will be liaising with families, members of the public and professionals both over the phone and face to face.

Previous experience of working within administration is essential for this post.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, able to prioritise work accordingly, has a can do attitude with excellent IT skills and an eye for detail.

Minute taking is also an essential requirement for this position so experience of this is needed, full training will be given.
