Property Portfolio Surveyor

Looking for your next exciting challenge? Runnymede Borough Council, based in Surrey, is seeking capable and highly motivated Property Portfolio Surveyor to join our newly formed Strategic Land and Property assets team.

Reporting to the Portfolio Property Manager, we are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Property Portfolio Surveyor and as a valued member of the team you will report to the Portfolio Property Manager.  Working closely with the Corporate Head of service providing effective, professional and timely valuation and estates advice. You will be required to provide high-quality property portfolio advice for the Council’s asset base to ensure an efficient, cost effective and statutory compliant corporate and operational estate, which makes best use of and extracts optimum value from these assets.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Property Portfolio Surveyor who has assisted and managed a portfolio of mixed properties and has the experience and good understanding of valuation practice and investment property market trends. You will have a good working knowledge of mechanical and electrical surveying and demonstrate your commercial and financial awareness and skills in extracting best value from a diverse investment and operational estate.
