Employment Initiatives supports unemployed local residents to obtain employment, training and/or education. The Restart Programme will deliver assistance and help workless people who are claiming benefits and will have been out of work for at least 12 months.
The postholder will develop and implement management information systems which support the Restart Programme meeting the requirements for monitoring and reporting performance, service delivery and financial returns.
Experience of working with grant funded programmes in particular managing outputs and submitting claims. Holding or working towards an NVQ Level 4 or above in Business Administration or an equivalent relevant qualification.
