Customer Service Advisor - CSA

Salary £19,201.52 pa
We are seeking to recruit a full-time Customer Service Advisor, with a strong customer service background to support our Customer Contact Centre.
We want to deliver a positive customer experience for those who engage with us. You will have an interest in developing an all-round knowledge of all Council services with the aim of resolving all enquiries at the first point of contact. You will actively promote Broxbourne Council’s digital first message and assist customers to self-serve wherever possible.
You must have GCSE qualifications in Maths and English (or the equivalent), have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and feel confident using multiple records management systems to fact find and resolve issues for customers.
The successful candidate will typically work office hours Monday-Friday with a flexible working approach, combining office and home working.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in fluent English is essential in this post.
