This role involves carrying out the day to day management and supervision of a range of contracts such as; grounds maintenance, cleaning, parking enforcement, CCTV monitoring, lifts, boiler house, door entry systems, pest control and includes responsibility for undertaking garage checks, audits, managing and monitoring contractors in accordance with contracts, agreements and KPIs. You will have experience of estate and facilities management and contract management at a supervisory/management level. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, interpersonal, I.T., analytical, problem solving and leadership skills with the ability to develop effective teams and bring the best out of people whilst successfully delivering results, raising performance standards and achieving sustainable improvements.
- Carry out the day to day management and supervision of a range of contracts, for example, grounds maintenance, cleaning, parking enforcement, CCTV monitoring, lifts, boiler house, door entry systems (programming key fobs) and pest control. This list is not exhaustive and the job holder will be responsible for managing any required contract.
- Ensure garage checks and audits are completed and issue relevant paperwork and letters.
- Work as part of the estate based team in attaining and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction within London TMOs.
- Manage and monitor contractors in accordance with contracts, agreements and KPIs. Produce associated reports.
