This role involves the effective delivery of the end-to-end tenancy processes and providing a high quality tenancy management service by ensuring the needs of residents are met throughout their tenancies. The successful candidate will possess experience of working in social housing and have a proven track record in the delivery of high-quality housing services to customers. The successful candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, report writing, organisational, negotiation, I.T. and customer service skills and show integrity and maintain confidentiality.
- Deliver a high-quality tenancy management service by ensuring the needs of residents are met throughout their tenancies.
- Responsible for the end-to-end tenancy processes including the maintenance of tenancy records, allocations and lettings, responding to ASB complaints, conducting tenancy visits, resident engagement, providing tenancy sustainment support including signposting where appropriate and tenancy enforcement activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in relation to all aspects of tenancy management.
