Salary Range: £20,903 progressing to £25,481 per annum
Hours: 37 per week (part time or reduced hours will be considered)
Contract: Permanent

Job Duties:

The Hertfordshire Shared Anti-Fraud Service (SAFS) provides an award winning counter fraud service to our partner organisations across Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire. Based at our Stevenage office we have a vacancy for someone willing to work in a high pressure environment to demanding targets and delivering excellent outcomes. 

Working as part of the Intelligence Team within the Shared Anti-Fraud Service you must be able to develop professional relationships, have excellent IT skills, be prepared to learn and develop as well as undertake nationally accredited training. 

This is a career scheme post (H6 – H7) and, although not essential, experience of criminal or enforcement investigations in the UK is desirable. We are particularly interested in applicants who have a good working knowledge of the Local Government Finance Act and Council Tax legislation.
