About the roles…
Working within the Community Support Services, our Community Support Workers get the opportunity to experience roles within our MiCare; Supported Living and Day Opportunities services supporting a wide range of service users with complex care and support needs. Due to the nature of the roles, some elements of physical work such as moving and handling and delivering personal care will be required. Some evening and weekend work is required to meet the needs of the Community Support Service.
We can offer you a comprehensive induction and a tailored training plan, with support to undertake the QCF Diploma and Level 2 Health and Social Care qualifications if you do not already hold these.
The successful Community Support Workers will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us.
The Community Support Workers interviews will be held in September/October 2021. Please be advised that this is subject to change, in which case we will give appropriate notice.
