About the role

We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment and who wants to make a difference to the lives of our children. We offer a great team of colleagues, a supportive working environment and the chance to develop the inclusion department.

You must enjoy working with children as well as have an absolute commitment to driving up standards and a belief that all children, given the right conditions and teaching, can succeed. You must be able and willing to hold difficult and challenging conversations as well as have the ability to remain calm and diplomatic when dealing with parents, children, agencies and colleagues. You must be able to support but also challenge colleagues in order to ensure that all children have the opportunities they deserve to experience success and not be held back by their needs or the low expectations of others.

We are looking for someone who is committed to developing happy and confident learners within the context of our school values.
