Security (AM) and Saturday Lettings Operative (part-time)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and effective Security and Lettings Operative to support the Site Manager and work as part of the Site Team to provide an efficient and competent support service to the School.

Your main duties will be to open the site up each morning in readiness for the school day and checking that the school premises and site are safe and clean.  You will also be a key contact for our Saturday lettings up to twice per month which will be paid on a timesheet basis.  Flexibility of core working hours in school holiday periods would be necessary.  Good Health and Safety knowledge would be an advantage.
