MAINTENANCE OFFICERS - PART-TIME
20 hours per week
Salary- £14,851.20 pa (REF No: MO20)
18.5 hours per week
Salary - £13,737.36 pa (REF No: MO18.5)
Reporting to the Deputy Maintenance Manager, you will undertake responsive and planned maintenance of the building and plant equipment within the Borough’s facilities. You will liaise with colleagues and external contractors across a variety of sites. In addition, you will be able to work on your own initiative and be calm under pressure. Good communication, numerical skills and working knowledge of the health and safety legislation in the work environment is essential. Flexible working is also essential including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
Applicants should have a recognised Electrical qualification with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in a similar environment or a Recognised Professional Mechanical / Engineering qualification.
