Tenancy Assistant – Housing Services
Salary NS5: £19,698 - £20,092 per annum (Pay Award Pending)
37 hours per week

Tenancy Assistants are at the frontline of our high-quality, innovative housing services: working closely with tenants and leaseholders to ensure our communities are safe, happy and sustainable places to live.
We are looking to recruit an individual who can assist in the delivery of high-quality tenancy services, including tenancy sustainment, enforcement and involvement. You will ensure relevant legislation and good practice is followed and work alongside other agencies to support our tenants.
We are looking for a candidate with experience working in social housing or a similar environment along with dealing with members of the public. You will also have experience of inter-agency relationships, organising and delivering presentations and hold a CIH Level 3 qualification or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
You will need a full valid driving licence and have daily access to a car. This post is also subject to a basic DBS check.
