As an Income Management Officer, you will be responsible for collecting rent and managing arrears for approx 800-1000 properties. You need to be self-motivated, flexible and well organised and be able to work with your customers, your colleagues and the wider team and partners in achieving the council priorities and objectives in relation to rental income. You’ll be part of a varied and dedicated high performing team where flexibility, hard work, passion and commitment go a long way.
