£21,122 - £21,532 per annum inclusive of outer fringe allowance
Following in the footsteps of our hugely successful WelTech Business Centre, a purpose built facility for start-up and small businesses, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council are delighted to have opened the HatTech Business Centre to meet the demand for office accommodation in and around Hatfield. HatTech delivers a range of cost effective business offices, meeting room for hire, a large Co-Working suite and provides a Wellbeing Garden.
The post holder will be predominantly based at HatTech Business Centre but will need the flexibility to work at the WelTech Business Centre based in Welwyn Garden City as the need arises.
The post holder will support Centre Management in all operational aspects of the HatTech and WelTech Business Centres. This will require ensuring that a high quality service is provided and maintained, liaising with Licensees, their staff and visitors across both sites. We are looking for an excellent, full time receptionist to support the Business Centres in a range of front of house duties. In particular, the receptionist will have responsibility of being the first point of contact to customers, visitors and contractors. Greeting visitors courteously and dealing with customer enquiries across both sites. Answering calls on behalf of customers. Directing customer calls and taking messages for the appropriate contact.
It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills and experience to be successful in this role with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines. You will need excellent MS Office skills to fulfil this role. The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
You will also be a key holder and hold responsibility for the security of the buildings when on site.
