Practice Supervisor - Family Support and Early Help

We are looking for a practice supervisor to work in the North and Central area of the City. 

You should have previous experience of empowering and setting high standards of practice and customer care; coupled with the ability to oversee the quality of practice and services, being delivered by your team. 

You will have extensive experience of working with families with multiple complex needs and previous experience in case management supervision. 

Previous experience of managing performance; coupled with the ability to provided operational leadership, vision and direction, which contributes to an organisation’s strategic goals and direction is essential. You will work closely with the Team Manager to ensure a smooth delivery

Evidence that you have engaged with professional partnerships to deliver an integrated early help offer for the children, young people and their families is essential.  As is a working knowledge of the Think Family agenda and your ability to demonstrate when you have used it to promote excellent outcomes for families. 

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen and work with others to solve problems and liaise with a range of agencies
