We are looking for driven and forward-thinking Team Managers to join us in one of our frontline teams within Safeguarding, ASTI (Assessment and Short Term Intervention) or Children in Care. In this role you will have the opportunity to join us in our exciting new road to improved practice performance, we never sit back due to our creative and innovative approach.
We have experienced and knowledgeable teams across our workforce, access to key resources, specialist social care services and robust multi-agency partnership working to assist you in achieving the most positive outcomes. Because we’re focused on children and young people’s safeguarding and wellbeing and nothing else, you’ll be free to do the same.
You’ll play a lead role in ensuring that your team leads the way on consistent good quality practice and performance, your decision-making skills will reflect our relationship-based, trauma informed practice model. You will provide your team with mentoring and professional support and advice, sharing your wealth of social work knowledge of legislation, process and case management.

This is a key managerial role in our organisation, so naturally we’re looking for extensive experience of leading and managing diverse social work teams, as well as a background previously working with vulnerable children, families, statutory bodies and voluntary agencies preferably within Safeguarding, ASTI or Children in Care.
You must hold a recognised social work qualification and have current active registration with Social Work England.
Your qualifications will be complemented by your exceptional skillset – including maintaining positive relationships, effective communication, sound concise judgement, analytical thinking, teamwork and inclusivity in your approach.
