Starting salary: JM2:- £35,745 per annum
Location: Based in the Town Hall, Weston-super-Mare/Working from Home
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Fixed term for up to 20 months

We are looking for an experienced transformation lead to work with our Corporate Services directorate. Working within an extensive transformation programme, you will focus on improving our existing support services as well as helping redesign new ones.
This will include a strong focus on organisational development including how we will work in the future as an organisation.
You will work as part of a virtual team of project managers across the organisation with a wide scope to contribute to the development of our services and the organisation as a whole.
You’ll come to us with a strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince 2 and Agile, experience of implementing those and of change management processes and approaches. You’ll be someone who is comfortable with a wide-ranging workload, and who is able to manage multiple, complex workstreams. You should have experience of working successfully with a range of stakeholders to identify opportunities and convert them into successful projects.
A knowledge of the breadth of council services and experience of working with in a support services setting would be an advantage.
