The role
As a YOS Officer in Lewisham you will be part of a team committed to best practice and innovation to achieve excellent outcomes for children and families. We are a supportive, open and welcoming team who value difference and individuality. You will receive high quality line management and clinical supervision to support our Trauma-informed Practice. These are generic roles across our new structure with additional opportunities for responsibilities beyond the caseload to include working contextually in the community. Lewisham YOS has gained a reputation as a culturally competent organisation and publicly affirm our identity as an anti-racist service.

What we’re looking for
A resilient and committed professional who is able to adapt to a variety of settings. Experience of the Youth Offending Service and Youth Court is desirable.   Flexibility to undertake some out of hours working.   A commitment to Child First, Restorative and Anti-Racist principles is essential.  We would also welcome applications from those qualified in social work or therapeutic backgrounds.


Salary details
£37,491 - £39,462 per annum (PO2)
