Senior Revenue Officer

This is a fixed term contract ending 31 March 2023.


The main duties     

Responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the workloads within the Council Tax & Valuation Team.

Ensuring excellent customer service by monitoring the quality and standards of all work

First point of contact for all customer complaints and complex legislative queries.

Identify and ensure suitable training and development for the Council Tax Team & other relevant Teams.


The Team

Our Council Tax Team work within the Revenues Team which includes Business Rates and Fraud & Compliance. The team consists of 4 Revenues Officers and 1 Part time Revenues Administrator (Valuation).
