Systems Business Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Systems Support Team for an enthusiastic, experienced and change-focused Business Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting the development of the Mosaic case management system used in Adult Social Care, including leading on the scoping, specification, testing and implementation of changes.


To be successful in this role you need to have excellent business analysis skills and practical experience in configuring Mosaic or a similar case management system, including developing forms and workflows. You will have experience in managing stakeholder relationships, along with strong presentation skills and a good understanding of Social Care. The role is also responsible for line management of a Systems Support Officer providing a helpdesk and training function.


If you enjoy working with system users to find effective solutions and have an eye for spotting where systems can support process improvements, this may be the ideal job for you!
