Fixed Term for 6 Months
Grade 10, SCP5 - £19,312 per annum (Pro Rata)
25 Hours per week (Mon-Fri)
About the role
The purpose of the role is to enable the provision of comprehensive service specific administrative support to the Environmental Health & Licensing Team.
You will be responsible for maintaining databases & registers essential for Covid Compliance and assisting team members as required. You’ll also be involved in dealing with service user complaints, referring them to appropriate officers and co-ordinating the complaint process within the Team.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience in using databases to maintain accurate records.
You’ll be organised and can manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of communication with your colleagues.
