Female Care Support Workers

Peabody has opportunities to join our care and support services in North Essex as a Care Support Worker on a permanent basis, part time hours (27 hrs/week).

We have vacancies in Clacton On Sea, supporting people who have a learning disability and some complex and health needs, you will support people to live a fulfilled life with new opportunities.

Are you caring, motivated and determined to make a positive difference every day for the people we support, can you promote person-centred working focusing on helping people become more independent and living their life the way it most matters to them. Experience is preferred, however, is not essential.

In return Peabody will offer:

  • £18,525 per annum (£9.50 per hour)
  • Full time posts are 37.5 hours per week
  • Peabody will pay for training and DBS
  • 25 days holiday per year 
  • Up to 4% pension contribution matched 1:1.

  • Mileage paid

You will need to be flexible enough to work as part of a 24/7 rota (example of shift patterns; 7am - 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 10pm including waking night shifts). Due to our locations driving is essential for this role.
