We’re currently recruiting for a full time permanent Voids Foreman to join our Housing Management – Responsive Repairs team.

As the Voids Foreman you would provide support to the Responsive Repairs Supervisor in the management and completion of our void properties. You would manage, plan, deliver and continuously improve the Housing Maintenance Service to all Newark and Sherwood District Councils housing stock and lead the voids team and associated contractors to provide a high quality, customer-orientated lettings to all customers ensuring all empty properties are planned and carried out in the most economical way, ensuring quick turnaround and a high standard of finish.

You would with the Assistant Business Manager for Housing Maintenance and Asset Management, Responsive Repairs Supervisors, Inspector and Stores Supervisor to ensure all performance and budgetary targets are met effectively with the resources available.
