As a HR Consultant for Birmingham Children’s Trust you will provide a high-quality valued HR consultancy service across the business.
You will partner with the business to understand and enable HR solutions that best support their needs. You will also connect HR services, other service providers and stakeholders to ensure 'best outcomes' whilst taking a lead on the Trust’s wellbeing initiatives.
You must have a good grasp of employment law matters and experience of delivering HR services in a complex organisation. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills coupled with the ability to prioritise your work to meet deadlines; whilst remaining detailed focused in this fast-paced environment.
