You should possess sound knowledge and understanding of child and adolescent development particularly within a multi-cultural society. However, it will be your passion to make a real difference that will be critical to your success in this role.

If you are successful in your application for this role you will be required to work on a rota, covering 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
