Apprentice Customer Service Adviser(R242)
Apprenticeship for 15 months, Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner, Permanent contract on successful completion of the course.
We are looking for an apprentice that is committed to providing excellent customer service, has good communication skills, enjoys working with the public and a good understanding of Microsoft Office and similar software.
As part of a dedicated team you will ensure the delivery of a first class and professional front line customer service either by telephone or face to face. You will handle requests which range from receiving visitors to complex enquiries about council services including Housing and Council Tax Benefit.
You must be committed to complete the 15 month Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship. This requires GCSE D/3 or above in English and Maths to be eligible. Attendance at workshops, workplace support and experience will be provided to meet the course requirements.
There are no age restrictions on applying for apprenticeships.
