Customer Service Apprentice

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join an enthusiastic and passionate team at the award-winning Salt Ayre Leisure Centre. Acting as the first line of contact, you will provide a full front of house service face to face, on the telephone and via email/social media for customers of the centre.

During your apprenticeship, you will work towards a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification.

Entry on to the apprenticeship is through an initial assessment to clarify course appropriateness. You will have (or have been predicted) Grade C or above GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics. The ability to maintain high levels of customer service is essential for this post.

An exciting and varied range of training opportunities will also be available to the successful candidate.

This position is working 30 hours per week on a shift rota basis including evenings and weekends. Full support will be provided during the shifts.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, the post holder will be appointed to the permanent post of Receptionist. The grade for this position post completion, is Grade 6 SCP 04 to 07, currently £18,933 to £19,554 per annum.
