You will be taught skills aligned to the British Computer Society (BCS) Level 3 Data Technician role:
In addition to a thorough grounding in data and analytics, this role will manage the day to day running of the Council’s Natural Language Processing (NLP) Chatbot, working with key stakeholders to deliver more focused content and develop integrations into Council systems delivered from the Bot.
The Data Technician Apprenticeship is an excellent way to start your career in data science or analytics.

Two A Levels grade A to C, or equivalent including Maths or Statistics and English or the ability towards Functional Skills Level 2.
