Adult Social Care at Medway Council are seeking to recruit a Team Manager for one of our patch-based locality teams. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work alongside another Team Managers in leading a team of Social Workers and Social Care Officers. The team works generically, and you will need to demonstrate significant experience in Adult Social Care and demonstrate good leadership skills in delivering good outcomes for people with care and support needs.
We work in a strengths-based way and look to maximise an individual’s support network. This post offers a fantastic development opportunity working across a range of service user groups. We are looking for someone who has supervisory experience and is passionate about excellent quality of practice. You would also need to demonstrate a good working knowledge of safeguarding.
