We are seeking a compassionate, warm and committed individual to join our Meals at Home Team to assist us in providing hot meals to elderly vulnerable clients within our Borough.

The Meals at Home service delivers over 120 meals a day, seven days a week to residents across Runnymede Borough who are unable to prepare meals for themselves for one of a number of possible reasons, but who wish to continue to live independently within their own home.

The service is provided using a fleet of vans which contain ovens which cook the meals before keeping them at an appropriate temperature throughout the deliveries, ensuring each customer receives a hot two course meal each day.

Working with members of the public on a daily basis, and some of the most vulnerable people living within the Borough, the ability to work positively, to be flexible to meet the needs of each individual and to work with a warm and positive approach as well as a sense of humour is essential for this role. An enhanced DBS clearance is required for this role.
