Intelligence Analyst

About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intelligence Analyst to join Wirral Council's Business Intelligence Team.  The post plays an important part in the provision of high-quality research and analysis to drive shared evidence-based decision making and commissioning across the Council and Wirral Partnership.

About the candidate:

The post holder will have high level analytical and research skills, with experience of developing intelligence to measure and improve outcome delivery and to critically challenge and support management to drive continuous improvement. The post also offers an opportunity for analysts to further develop their skills in exciting areas such as forecasting, demand and capacity modelling and working with analytical tools such as Power BI.

Interviews are planned for 2nd and 3rd November 2021.

This position will initially, in line with current government guidance be based from home.  In future, the Council will be moving to a hybrid of working arrangements for many of our roles with a combination of homeworking, office and site working as required.
