Job Title (Insight, Data and Performance Lead for the Place Department – Business Partner)

Salary: MM2 £48,078 to £61,497

Full-time (36 hours) 1 year fixed-term position with the possibility to go permanent

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and experienced Business Partner for the Place department in Enfield. Taking the lead in creating and coordinating the data and insights needed, you will ensure you and your team deliver the Insight needed for Enfield to deliver the sustainable neighbourhoods, economic growth and infrastructure our residents need and that link to our corporate plan

The post sits within the wider Knowledge, Insight and data Hub which has corporate responsibility for data, performance, research and analysis. The postholder would be responsible for driving performance improvements by pulling together valuable reports, statistical data summaries, innovative pieces of research and analysis which supports the organisational aim of becoming data driven. You would be joining at an exciting time as we look at building out a new data strategy and capability.
