Applicants should have a registered professional legal qualification, or significant experience together with the ability to draft the relevant documents and notices in relation to magistrates courts summonses, debt recover and planning enforcement. You will occasionally act as the council’s, advocate and have effective written and oral communication skill.
The successful applicant will be fully supported and trained on how to operate the council’s software systems.
