Systems Analyst

The starting salary for this role is £24,780 per annum for a 36 hour working week.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Systems Analyst to implement an exciting and market leading IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) called Planon IWMS.

Land & Property is part of Resources directorate at Surrey County Council and is responsible for the management and maintenance of more than 2,000 land sites & buildings.

The role of Systems Analyst sits within the Business Systems Team under The Business Infrastructure Team. The team is a multidisciplinary team with Data Analysts, Business Analyst, Systems Analysts and Reporting Analysts. We are responsible for managing and maintaining all property master data, processes, property information systems (Planon, SharePoint, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Tableau). The team is working to integrate people, process, technology, and data across Land & Property service. The role would be based in Reigate at Woodhatch Place, working remotely during COVID restrictions.

Role – The main objective of the role is implementing the lease management module within the Planon IWMS and migrate lease data from the current property asset management system. The role will also be supported by a Lease Administrator who will be responsible for the data migration, data cleansing and data management.

  • Experience of working within a property environment and using property asset management (CAFM/IWMS) systems/relational databases
  • An ability to understand business requirements and configure the systems
  • Experience of configuring, testing, implementing, integrating, and supporting business information systems
  • A degree in computer information systems or business management would be desirable
