This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of developing a centralised HR service, with an outstanding team. We are looking for someone with a strong generalist background within HR, you would be part of a small team and you will report to the Director of HR.
Experience in HR as a whole is important, particularly with policies, employee relations and managing attendance. You will also be involved with ensuring the Trust is compliant in Employment Legislation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working as part of a proactive, innovative and responsive HR team to provide pragmatic, creative and business focused HR solutions and recommendations across the Trust.
- Building and developing relationships with managers, leaders and staff at all levels to provide support and guidance on a range of HR matters and share best practice throughout the Trust.
- Advising and supporting managers & leaders on employee relations cases up to dismissal on disciplinary, grievances, short-term & long-term attendance, performance improvement, bullying & harassment and staff consultation.
Contract: Fixed term until September 2022.
Working hours: 37 hours
Location: Healing, Grimsby
Salary: £27,741 to £29,577
