An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed Admin Support Officer to join the Community Partnership team. The team delivers initiatives, events and programmes to support young people, sports development, community safety, outreach and community grants.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and practical support to the team, including supporting the effective delivery of community events and projects, administration of various partnerships, and financial and budgetary management support.

You will be an excellent team player, work well under pressure, able to work on your own initiative and prioritise your workload to meet agreed deadlines. You will possess good interpersonal and organisational skills in working with both staff and contractors and have a good eye for detail. You will be able to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate strong customer service skills.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
